Our Dim Sum Master
Jay Yang
We are honored to have an outstanding dim sum master, Jay Yang, as part of our team. He has 30 years of experience in dim sum making, including 15 years working in teahouses in Guangzhou, the birthplace of Cantonese dim sum. In Guangzhou, Jay Yang mastered many exquisite dim sum techniques and unique cooking insights.

Today, he has brought this precious experience to Sydney, where he currently serves as the President of the Sydney Dim Sum Association. Under his leadership, our team has always adhered to a relentless pursuit of quality and constantly improved our dim sum making skills. Jay Yang is passionate about the inheritance and promotion of traditional dim sum culture, and his experience and expertise have earned our dim sum high praise, bringing authentic and delicious Cantonese dim sum to the Sydney market.
